it is easy to recrute ER volunteers out of all the onboarding adverts,What is the drop of rate as we do not have many call outs for this service (wich is a double edged blade ) once we loose them due to lack of use we shall never get them back.Could we take a step back and recrute into other services and ask that they also become ER volunteers as and when the need comes up.

not enough engagementĀ in the role once lost they will not return, less spending on the uniform as each ER volunteer should have ppeĀ as per role description,
