No volunteers? No Red Cross!

When a potential or regular Volunteer has enthusiasm, this must be embraced,  It is essential that the concerns of Volunteers be listened to and perhaps the Management needs to realise that it's the Volunteers who matter, not staff handing down acronyms, often incomprehensible to volunteers.

    im experiencing issues with red cross emplyees .im a volunteer and having issues what can I do ?I feel like giving up on volunteering I work full time plus this so that I can help my community but there is politics and friction
