RECOGNITION AND THANKS

Regularly give recognition and thanks to volunteers who have gone beyond and above their duties.  An incentive needs to be placed for the people that go that extra mile.

    Although the cards are a good idea, they are somewhat remote. The volunteers need recognition at local level through meetings (organised by Volunteer Representatives).  The new Awards system to be rolled out is a way forward but, most importantly, Volunteers should be cherished

    I am a vol at the Red Cross shop at Oakengates  and I cover the shop went the manager has a day off or

    a holidays and some tine I will cover the shop at Bridgnorth went the manger has a day off
