Limiting scope for potential Unconscious Bias

Exploring our unconscious bias, and ensuring ti is a part of our volunteer journey will mean that we will have a greater chance of recruiting and retaining diverse talent, which links to our legitimacy, being of-communities.

To Consider; 

- Nameblind applications in volunteer application process

- Unconscious bias awareness training 

- Awareness and signposting to reasonable adjustment resources for hiring managers & volunteers.

-Linking the Unconcious Bias initiatives of the staff resourcing in to the volunteer journey to avoid duplication
